About IB – International Baccalaureate Diploma Program

IB Diploma program คือหลักสูตรการเรียน 2 ปีที่เน้นเตรียมความพร้อมนักเรียนอายุ 16 ถึง 19 ปีสำหรับการเรียนต่อในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย IB มีสองระดับคือ Standard level (SL) และ Higher Level (HL) โดยที่วิขาใน IB HL บางวิชาสามารถโอนไปเป็นหน่วยกิตในระดับมหาวิทยาลัยได้ IB ประกอบด้วย 6 กลุ่มวิชาได้แก่

Language and Literature A1
Language acquisition เช่น French, German, Spanish
Individuals and societies เช่น History, Economics, Business
Sciences เช่น Biology, Physics, Chemistry
Mathematics
Arts เช่น Dance, Music, Film

โดยผู้เรียนสามารถเลือก 3-4 กลุ่มวิชาเป็น HL และเลือกกลุ่มวิชาที่เหลือเป็น SL ได้
